背景说明: Interleukin-22 Receptor Subunit α-2 (IL22RA2) belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL22RA2 is a secreted protein and contains three fibronectin type-III domains. IL22RA2 is widely expressed in many tissues. IL22RA2 functions as an IL22 antagonist and may be important in the regulation of inflammatory response. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.

溶解方法: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

储存/保存方法: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
