Western blot analysis of Annexin V Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #abs110635) in HepG2,A2058,T47D cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ANXA5 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Annexin V Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #abs110635) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the Annexin V Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
