描述:Necrosis Inhibitor, IM-54 is a cell-permeable mono-indolylmaleimide compound that selectively blocks oxidative stress-induced necrotic cell death (~3 μM IM-54 prevented ~50% cell death in HL60 cells exposed to 100 μM H₂O₂). Does not offer protection against Etoposide induced apoptosis or display antioxidant properties. Does not affect the kinase activities of S6K1 and PKC isozymes even at concentrations as high as 50 μM.
